The study employs descriptive method through literary study and interview with IPI students. The findings highlight that peer teaching as a valuable approach in second language acquisition. It creates a supportive and motivating environment where students can learn from their more proficient peers, fostering collaboration, communication, and reflective learning. The study elaborates the key aspects of peer teaching, including the structured training provided to student tutors, the clear definition of roles, and the continuous evaluation to optimize learning outcomes. As a conclusion, this study emphasizes that peer teaching is not merely an alternative to traditional teacher-led instruction, but a collaborative approach that empowers students to take an active role in their own learning and that of their peers.
